Why I am getting card expired even after programming the card correctly and doing a send?

  • Set the date/time for the panel to today’s time and date from the monitoring section;
  • The unit did not receive its full configuration file. Individually send the full file to the unit, after updating the time and date;
  • Ensure that there is only one unique card ID#, FC# and not two. In most cases, the configurator would dis-allow multiple card entries. However corrupted files may be too corrupted to distinguish identical card IDs.
