A client cannot get into their unit. Even admin levels cards can’t gain access to their unit. What can we do?

The lockset is not communicating with the HUB to validate the request of entry:

  • Establish hub-to-lockset communication with the device via:
  • Changing out the batteries and or re-syncing the HUB to the Lockset.

NOTE: Use the Super-user card to gain access into the unit before re-syncing the lockset with the HUB.
