I forgot my level 3 passcode for programming. What should I do?

Send an email to Mircom Technical Support at techsupport@mircom.com with the following info:

  • Panel Model
  • Panel ID
  • Contact info for the person who is handing the programming for the panel
  • Address the telephone entry panel is located at ___
