Mircom™ is pleased to offer our FX-2000™ Re-Certification Webinar. The registration fee includes online interaction with the instructor, programming assignments with reference to product manuals/programming software, and detailed technical presentations. The FX-2000 Re-Certification Webinar has been developed to re-certify technicians to install and service Mircom’s FX-2000 Fire Alarm Panels. Any additional experience installing and servicing FX-2000 Fire Alarm Panels is a plus. Attendees are responsible for ensuring that they successfully log into the online session and submit their practical assignments properly via email.
*Kindly note that this is an online webinar and will not have an in-class instruction component*
*This webinar is scheduled to occur on Wednesday, July 24, 2019, 1:00 pm – 3:00 pm EST*

Instruction and Teaching Format
The FX-2000 Re-Certification course will be done via online instruction through the GoToMeeting Video Conference service. The add-on software in Outlook, GoToMeeting, will allow for real-time video conferencing to occur with live audio and chatroom functions to support interaction between attendees and the instructor.
An email containing the active GoToMeeting hyperlink will be sent to the email address left behind by the ESD that registered on this website page.
The trainer will utilize a Powerpoint presentation and other visual aids to teach the class. The training instructor will be providing instruction for 2 hours during the webinar. A graded practical exam will be assigned to each participating technician at the end of the training session.
Participants will be expected to complete the assignment and have it ready for submission within the same week. Once the assignments have been graded, the trainer and Mircom’s Training Department will determine whether to issue a passing or failing grade for the participating technician.
Once a passing grade has been confirmed, training certificates signifying the completion of the Re-Certification course will be issued by email to the participating technician and his FX-2000 key will have its expiry date extended for another 2 years.
