TX3 Manufacturer Certified Installer -In-Class Training

Mircom™ is pleased to offer the TX3 Manufacturer Certified Installer Program. The program offers attendees in-depth in-class instruction, ensuring that well trained security integrators will be able to install and support TX3 Access Control and Voice Entry devices. The course includes: In-depth discussion on TX3 series Voice Entry and Access Control hardware and configuration Industry trends Common issues/mistakes and troubleshooting ideas Projects (creating a job with multiple units and sending it to the panel) Training Benefits: The participating company will get priority technical support email access Mircom will include the participating company’s name as a “Manufacturer Certified Installer” in a graphical map on the website Dealer/Installer companies can share the same info on their website (Mircom logo will be provided) Dealer/Installer company will receive an additional discount of 5% when they are purchasing any TX3 products directly from Mircom Attendees will receive a certification of completion as a “Manufacturer Certified Installer” A refresher course upon the expiration of certification (2 years) is necessary to keep the “Manufacturer Certified Installer” status Classes are scheduled to start at 9:00 a.m. and end by 4:30 p.m. each day. Mircom™ is pleased to offer our FleX-Net™ New Technician Training Course to be held Online via Google Classroom. This course has been designed to teach service technicians with no prior FleX-Net experience to familiarize themselves with the product and its features. Upon completion of the course, the training attendee will have the knowledge and equipment required to confidently install and service the FleX-Net fire alarm panel and family of products. The training registration fee includes online class interaction with the instructor, practical exercises with heavy reference to product manuals/programming software, and detailed technical presentations. After the conclusion of the course, attendees who have successfully passed the course will receive a training certificate by email and will have their FleX-Net programming key activated for 2 years of use in the field. Course start time will be 9:30 am eastern standard time. FleX-Net, Re-Certification USA, Online (Eastern Standard Time)

Mircom™ is pleased to offer our FleX-Net™ Re-Certification Technical Training Course to be held Online via Google Classroom. This course has been designed to offer service technicians with existing FleX-Net installation and maintenance experience the opportunity to become informed of the latest firmware developments and updates in the popular product line. Practical hands-on experience with programming the latest version of the FleX-Net configurator will increase the service technician's familiarity with new FleX-Net firmware features; resulting in easier installation and and on-site troubleshooting. After the conclusion of the course, attendees will receive a training certificate by email and will have their FleX-Net key expiry dates extended Online classroom interaction will occur twice per day with one session in the morning and one session in the afternoon. This course will begin at 9:30 am eastern standard time. An email with Classroom access will be sent after registration is complete.
