I am IP connected to the TXTOUCH and yet I cannot gain access to the TXTOUCH unit via the configurator?

Under “ More Options” folder, ensure that the configurator’s admin password is the same as the admin password of the TXTOUCH’s unit. For more information, please see Instruction Manual
