- Ensure that the access point’s “auto-unlock schedule” is not set to “Never”;
- Ensure that the date/time for the panel has been set correctly;
- Ensure that the scheduling is split into two periods for schedules with times after midnight; and
- Ensure that the firmware to the controller is up-to-date.
