With the transition of the older TX3 lobby units and the new TX3-C models, we have some compatibility issues. The old TX3 lobby board (MD-1086-XXXX) is not compatible with the new TX3 display boards (MD1246, MD-1255). Below you will find all TX3 lobby boards and the replacement kits part numbers for your record.

If your older TX3 Voice Entry System’s main lobby board (MD-1086-XXXX) is defected and there is no replacement board in stock, customer can –
- Send the defected board back for RMA or,
- Purchase one of the following replacement kits to upgrade their unit to a TX3-C model
- Old TX3 defected display boards (MD-952, MD-953) can be replaced directly

Replacement door kits include –
- Front door of the chassis
- Display board with keypad
- Microphone
In addition to the replacement kits, customers will need to order the main lobby board (RB-MD-1245-xxxx) separately.
Except for RPL-MD-1245-TOUCH, it comes with a main board and a microphone.
