The NC-211 MiCare Beacon can work as a stand-alone router or in conjunction with the NC-2000 Resident Unit as an advanced nurse call solution. It couples mesh networking technology with ultrasonic signaling to accurately identify and respond to emergency events. Forming the backbone of the highly reliable 802.15.4 wireless network, this network provides a self-forming, self-healing “mesh” type transport when routing messages to/from the MiCare Coordinator.
The simple 120 VAC plug-in NC-211 is designed to easily extend your mesh network, providing both improved wireless range and ultrasonic locating. Extend your network in minutes to seasonal patios or stairwells as required.
The NC-211 Beacon connects with our Central Software to provide extended coverage, enhanced notifications, real-time visual displays, shift management, patient/resident medical profiles, and customized rules by event, group, room or person.
