I RS485 connected to the TXTOUCH via another Access Control panel and “sent” the full configuration to the TXTOUCH. The TXTOUCH system did not update its tenant’s list?

Since the TXTOUCH unit is network connected via RS485, you must tell it to update its tables from the telephone card. From this please go directly to the unit, open the TXTOUCH to its configurator and check the “Auto get Job”; then
Restart unit and re-send the configuration file.
