Dear Valued Customer,


This bulletin serves as an End-Of-Life and Discontinuation notice for the FleX-Net FX-2000N network fire alarm
system and peripheral components for the USA market. We will continue to offer support during the transition
period to allow for future planning. Please assess your product needs and place a last time buy order if
required.


Last Time Buy date: September 30th, 2026
After this date, all products in the list below will be discontinued after which new orders will NOT be
accepted. Quantities may be limited and are subject to acceptance by Mircom Group of Companies.


Last Time Ship date: December 23rd, 2026
All orders must be scheduled to ship on or before this date.

Existing FX-2000N customers can purchase any of the alternate FX-4000N products. They are backwards
compatible to your legacy system. Just follow the instructions provided in the link below for the version
required:

Going forward, we recommend upgrading to the FleX-Net FX-4000N Networkable Fire Alarm Panels, offering
flexible support for various applications and project requirements, including integrated digital audio, built in
NAC sync, ethernet capabilities and multi SLC device protocol.
