As of APRIL 2,2019 production of the Flex-Net product line and components will begin with Flex-Net firmware, V12.1.39. This change is to ensure the most current updates and enhancements are provided to new and existing systems. Ideally, this update is intended for new system installations where final testing and verification has not yet been completed. For existing systems, the following recommendations should be considered if upgrading.
Existing systems operating older versions are not required to update to this version unless additional features are needed or required. For component replacement or servicing of existing systems, components contain newer software should be downgraded to match the existing system software. Access to older software versions is provided by contacting Mircom Applications Group at [email protected].
This update is intended for systems currently operating older V12.1.XX Flex-Net series software ONLY. This update is intended for systems currently operating with V12.1.9 software (or newer) since the software changes can be properly assessed and appropriate retesting/verification can be completed in accordance to local governing standards and codes. This update is not recommended for systems currently operating older Flex-Net series software such as v10 and v11.
