Please see below End-of-Life and Last-time-Buy notice for the FX-2000 addressable fire alarm panels due to the obsolescence of key raw materials.
This notice is available and was distributed through the following bulletins: PUB-FAP-24-070 (Canada), PUB-FAP-24-072 (INTL), PUB-FAP-24-071 (USA). Please reach out to your sales representative for access to the released bulletins.
As of October 1st, 2024, the following parts (Table 1) will be discontinued, after which new orders will NOT be accepted.
For USA Customers ONLY March 1st 2025 is the last time buy date.

All orders for the above parts are expected to be shipped to customers by December 1st, 2024.
We encourage you to confirm your forecasted quantities for the last time buy to fulfill existing projects at the earliest time possible.
During the transition period, we will continue to support legacy FX-2000 panels with replacement parts shown in the table below (Table 2).

For legacy FX-2000 users, the FX-2000 to FX-4000N Retrofit Kits provide the necessary hardware for superseding your current FX-2000 systems to an equivalent FX-4000N system. The kits in Table 3, provide a seamless and cost-effective solution to move to the latest FX-4000N platform, taking advantage of modern hardware with a longer lifespan and feature-rich firmware, reducing device replacement costs and improving serviceability.
