NEW FX-350-60DR Now ULC. The FX-350-60-DR Intelligent Fire Alarm Control. Panel is a single loop addressable panel that supports up to 60 addressable points. Now ULC and available in Canada for sale in May.

CSIS-202A1 – Supervised Signal Isolator Module 

Provides two supervised isolator outputs. These isolators remove the bells, horns or strobes which follow it out of the circuit should there be a trouble (short). This feature provides integrity of the signal circuit, that is; should an isolated bell, horn or strobe malfunction, the rest of the bells, horns or strobes will continue to function.

FOM-2000-UM  

The FOM-2000-UM allows for single-mode or multi-mode fiber optic communication on a FleXNet™ network.  Plug-in optical modules allow for cost-effective network configurations made of fiber only or a mix of wires, singlemode fibers and multi-mode fibers.  The FOM-2000-UM is compatible with LC Duplex terminated fiber pairs or patch cords. Single mode fiber links can be up to 10 km in length and multi-mode links can be up to 1.5 km.

General Enhancements and Updates

FX-3500 New display label and dome switch enhancement.

RAXN-LCD(G) New improvement Added buzzer silence jumpers. This change will allow technicians in the field to manually set the jumpers in place to disable/silence the buzzer on annunciators and the main panel if necessary.

New firmware release for FX-3500 & FX-3318. For commonality, the text shown on MAM-3500, RAM-3500-LCD and RAX-LCD-LITE LCD displays will now show ‘FX-3000 series’.

Panel Update: New look- we are moving from painted to galvanized parts for internal parts on fire panels.

JAVA WIBU Key Issue – The newly updated Java download “Version 8 update 201” is not compatible with the Mircom ESD Security Key Administrator. This version does not allow the user to update their FX-2000, FX-3318 and FX-3500 Green Security Keys. In order to resolve the problem, it is recommended degrading the Java download on your computer from “Version 8 update 201” to “Version 8 update 191”.
