TX3 TOUCH SCREEN FAMILY PERFORMANCE ISSUE & SOLUTION

We would like to inform you that we are currently addressing an issue affecting the functionality of our touch panels. This issue has impacted a few customers and require immediate attention:

•Touch Panels Going Blank

Mircom Engineering has developed a “maintenance update” with minor bug fixes.

If you encounter this issue, please download the new maintenance update (Blank_Screen_Fix.zip).
