How do I access the dashboard?

To access the MiCare dashboard, follow these steps:

1. The dashboard is a menu item from the landing page web address of the server.
2. Only the Firefox web browser fully supports Silverlight. It is a plug-in from Microsoft that the dashboard requires in order to view the alert and facility maps.
3. If this is the first time this computer has access to the dashboard, you will be prompted to install. In Firefox, it will ask you to activate after install -please choose “allow and remember.”
