- ensure that the full configuration and updated time and date has been individually sent to the panel upon firmware update or after schedule update;
- Ensure that the access point’s “auto-unlock schedule” is set to “always”;
- Ensure that the evening-night scheduling is split into two schedules;
- Ensure that the firmware to the controller is up-to-date; and
Ensure that the configurations were sent to the controller with no failures.
