How is it that the configurator event viewer is indicating that file sent “ failed”

• Communication Signal/Noise issue ( see U5 below) for RS485 ;
• Ensure that Network cabling have proper one-to-one pin assignments as per T568A or T568B pin outs; and

Ensure that the network does not have through-put issues or network bottle-necks.
