Mircom is happy to announce the upgrade of Operating System (OS) from Windows 7 to Windows 10 IoT on the following TX3 Touch Panels:

The new OS Windows 10 IoT offers many advantages:
- System Protection Feature: TX3 Touch Windows 10 IoT introduces an innovative system protection feature that ensures the safety of your important files on the TX3 Touch Panel, even in the event of a power outage or system failure.
- Anti-Virus Protection: TX3 Touch Windows 10 IoT incorporates robust anti-virus protection to defend your devices against potential threats. The built-in anti-virus software scans and monitors your system. This proactive approach ensures that your IoT devices are shielded from malware, viruses, and other harmful entities, allowing you to use them with confidence.
TX3 Touch Configurator (V2.15.7 or higher) supports TX3 Touch Panels with the Windows 10 IoT Enterprise operating system. Windows 10 IoT Enterprise also provides better SIP connectivity and video call performance.
All new TX3 Touch Panels manufactured on or after: June 2, 2023 will now include this OS upgrade. Hence, a TX3 Touch UPS Kit is no longer required and will not be included with these TX3 Touch Panels.
