The JACE-8000 is a powerful controller and server platform with internet connectivity and web serving capabilities which allows it to provide:

The JACE-8000 serves a rich graphical displays to a standard web browser via ethernet or wireless LAN with data from many sources using protocols such as BACnet and MODBUS. The JACE-8000 has BACnet/MSTP client (master) support which allows for points to be integrated from field devices that may only support BACnet/MSTP.

  • Centralized system management for small projects; pull in data through multiple OpenBAS-NWK-ETH3 gateways in different buildings or locations
  • Facilitates centralized system management for medium to large projects by integrating into a System Management Studio Supervisor
  • Quickly develop powerful and meaningful dashboards and graphics using the System Management Studio (Demo license required only for engineering/commissioning)
  • Support for multiple industry standard protocols out-of-the-box including client and server support for BACnet/IP, BACnet/MSTP, MODBUS/TCP and MODBUS/RTU
  • Single tool used for commissioning of JACE-8000 controllers and the System Management Studio Supervisors
  • Comes with removable 4GB micro-SD (2GB user storage)
  • Two isolated RS-485 communication ports with selectable bias and termination
  • Two 10/100MB Ethernet ports
