- Disable all security features before installing the configurator and set “ user account Control settings” to minimal before installing the Configurator;
- if you have already SQL database ensure that the “sa” account has no password;
- If the previous has been confirmed then ensure that you have administration rights before installing the software;
- Make sure that your Windows Security is updated. If the issue remains, please contact our Tech Support.
