The following could be the cause:
- Line load balance issue: “ DTMF” sensitivity issue: go to “ advance folder” and adjust the DTMF sensitivity to “7” then test. If worst; then
- Adjust DTMF sensitivity to “4”; if helped and now fewer calls issue still occurs; then
- Call your provider to change out the line card ( load balance issue); or
- Remove the DSL service from the line. The line MUST BE a POTS line.
Change telephone line demarcation point.
