Do you keep geting the following error message?
Object reference is not set to an instance of an object “_”
Follow the steps below to fix this error:
- Disconnect the panel first if there is a battery/UPS connected.
- Power cycle the panel leaving the USB cable plugged in.
- Ensure that the USB-Comport driver is properly installed within the used laptop/PC. You can find the driver under your PC’s Control Panel>Device Manager>Ports. The driver is called “AT91 USB to Serial Converter”.
- If the above has been confirmed then restart your computer.
- Reconnect the panel and test to see if the issue has been resolved.
